What is CAPS?
The Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) program is designed to equip professionals with the necessary technical, business management, and customer service skills to succeed in the rapidly growing home modification industry, specifically for aging-in-place modifications. Developed in partnership with the AARP, NAHB Research Center, and NAHB 50+ Housing Council, the program provides comprehensive, market-specific information on how to effectively work with older adults and provide remodeling services tailored to their needs. What is aging in place?
